First Degree

The main emphasis of First Degree is self-treatment and getting used to the flow of energy. After completion of the workshop you will be able to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and pets.

Workshop content

• Reiki history and lineage
• Reiki Principles
• What Reiki is and how it works
• The 7 main chakras
• Body wisdom
• Hand positions for self-treatment
• Hand positions for the treatment of others
• Practical sessions (on yourself and each other)

Students receive the First Degree Reiki attunement, a manual of all the information covered on the workshop, and a certificate upon completion.
